Our concept

Welcome to the gourmet restaurant! Our culinary philosophy is based on ensuring that all dishes offer as much flavor as possible. No matter whether it’s a starter, main course or dessert, they are all portioned in the same size to ensure a balanced taste experience.

 

Our cuisine is characterized by intense flavors and different textures. In our visible open kitchen, you can watch our ambitious chefs prepare modern-inspired, appetizer-sized dishes.

 

We only use seasonal ingredients and attach great importance to high-quality products.

Our chef

Roger Hübscher

Our chef Roger Hübscher joined us in summer 2021. Roger combines creativity, passion and an eye for detail.

 

One of his previous positions included working as head chef at the brasserie Les Trois Rois.

 

Roger is always striving to surprise you with new, creative dishes that bring out the best flavor of each ingredient. (Roger’s addition is still needed here)
